The Grille Menu

We focus on seasonal ingredients and are constantly updating our menu to reflect what’s available in our own backyard and what our Guests want to eat. All of our beef is Certified Angus Beef. Only 8% of the beef sold in this country meets CAB standards. Our fish is always fresh, we serve Cypress Island salmon, the only farm raised salmon in the U.S. that has been endorsed as sustainable.
